Lorin's Coaching

I provide chess coaching in both groups and 1-1 from the ages of 6 upwards.

If your school does not have chess and you would like it to, do feel free to contact me via email.

Chess coaching should be made fun for children-so coaching is based heavily on tactics training (see my ‘Improvers’ page for more on the Step Method books)
with openings work tailored to the individual, as required.

Many of my pupils have:

Become the best player in their school

Won UK Chess Challenge Megafinals / Gigafinals

Won London Junior Championship Titles

Won British Championship Titles

Gone on to represent England in International Championships
